what are these red spots inside my mouth?

I was flossing in very good light and noticed a group of about four red spots on the inside of my right cheek. They are kinda near my top teeth an inch from my lips. One is very dark and I thot it was black, but on closer inspection it's just the darkest one, still red. The dark one is well formed and the rest are kind of splotchy. There are no such spots on the other side of m mouth. My gums bleed a whole lot when I floss and brush and I get killer headaches on my right side. Any odea if they are related? does anybody know what these red spots are?

But I find that cutting down on all acidic foods, plus sugar helps.
