I am 29 and have had the symptoms I am going to describe since I was a child but they are getting worse (or they are bothering me more). I have a constant post nasal drip. Until last year I just thought it was normal to always swallow phlegm which is at the back of the throat. I realised it wasnt and along with a constant blocked nose, my dr said I had chronic rhinitus. The anti histimines she gave me do nothing though. Because of the blocked nose I breathe through my mouth, always have done. I also snore really badly which affects both mine and my boyfriends sleep. Lately i have woken myself up snoring and panic as I feel I can't breathe. I told my boyfriend and he said I do that all the time. I feel tired all the time and have no motivation to do anything. I also have a low immune system, always catching some 24 hour bug. I sleep loads sometimes but I never feel as though Ive had enough sleep. I also have big tonsils which get sore alot. I used to get tonsilitus all the time but dont anymore. I sometimes have troubling swallowing though. Could these be the reason I snore?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
