I've had numerous health issues "unexplained" of course but enough things to point to something wrong. I've had diffuse hair loss and terrible scalp pain for the past 4 years. I just finished a 3 week dose of sporonox and suddenly my tongue started to hurt and burn. But it appears to be irritated. I am attaching a photo here. It seems redder and sore around the tip and the sides. It also has some nodules I've never had this before and I guess it cannot be thrush since I just finished heafty antifungals. I don't have any type of cold or canker sores ever. anyone else?
