Very sore, spotty lips

I have tiny spots on and around my lips that are tingly and sore to the touch. They feel rough with hard skin. After my shower when the dry skin has come off, these little spots ooze clear liquid. I've had them for a few days now and as far as I am aware, I have not used any new face or lip products or eaten anything that I haven't eaten before. I don't know if its an allergic reaction or just dry lips. My mouth looks very red and feels very sore and my lips feel slightly swollen.
Can someone please help me?

  • Mine are doing the exact same thing and have about 4 other times too. they seem to be trying to produce more skin as well. i heard lack of vitamin b was the problem. if you find a solution i'd be incredibly thankful to hear it.

  • Go to a dermatologist and have him/her do a culture for staph on your lips. After many months of suffering, I finally found a good Dr who knew what it was. Good Luck!
