Very painful and cold nose

I've been suffering with a very painful and cold nose for approx 6 months now. The coldness and pain starts in the afternoon and will stay until I go to sleep. I've seen my GP and a specialist who doesn't know what it is. My blood tests have come back clear and circulatory tablets (although they made my hands and feet warmer) did not have an impact on my nose.

Does anyone have any ideas about what this could be? It's really painful.
