Throat Pain

Hey guys, I'm a little worried, I'm due to be going on holiday in a few hours, but I have been experiencing a rather sharp pain in the lower part of the right side of my throat... it's just where the collar bone I think it is .. it's sorta just below there, it happens every so often then stops for a while. If I turn my head to the extreme right or left it hurts :-(

It also hurts to swallow too, I'm worried because I am very shortly going on holiday and havn't managed to get it checked, it is really worrying me that it could be something serious...

I guess if it worsens I could always see a doctor where I am going, which is a small Spanish island, if they understand what I am saying :-|

Wondering if anyone here has experienced this or knows maybe what I am talking of. I won't be able to get it checked out tonight... have been in pain in general actually, been quite concerned about my heart too recently I'm only 20 (21 on the 16th) and have had countless tests, and all show things are functioning fine. Despite these I am still experiencing pains, so it could perhaps be linked to the this ?

I'm not sure sometimes if I just feel pains which are not really anything to worry about, could quite well be trivial.

Thanks for your time, and or reply :-)
