Hi there

I have been experiencing chronic pain for the last 2 years. I am a 32 YO male, 180cm tall, 110kg.

My pain started about 2 years ago with a very strong acid taste in the mouth (assumed reflux) for about a month. Then I come down with severe back pain for 9 months and a very sore throat that comes and goes (almost gland related).
My Dr. put my on ati deprecates. All tests are coming up clear and the pain is that bad that I regularly go to ED at the hospital. It is also hard to breath. Tests to date that are all clear include: ECG, CT BACK and neck, MRI brain and spine, all blood tests. Treatments have been physio, and pain killers.

Anyone with similar symptoms that can help me get a diagnosis.
