I have suffered from tinnitus for years due to damage done by steptomyacin as a child, and have learnt to cope with it, when I have a cold of infection the noise gets worse, but recently it seems that after food the ringing gets worse, not sure if bread -wheat agravate it ,cant understand why the change after all these years, any one help?
