Swollen throat - can't breathe - coughing fits - no broncopneumonia - chronic sinusit

I have been in bed for 8 days, finished two antibiotics. XRays show clear lungs. My nose is not blocked. My throat is so swollen I cannot sometimes breath after coughing. Scared to o to sleep. Fever comes and go's. The doctor doesnt know what I have. White blood cells normal.
