Sweaty Ears

I've had this condition for about 3 years now.
The BACK of my ears sweat. Sometimes, this sweat has a yeasty smell to it, if I eat bread, rice or pasta.

If I eat steak, well, there's a different odor to it.

Anything with butter, I gets a butter smell.

I don't think it's an EAR problem, per se, but wasn't sure where to post.

It's not sweating in the middle ear or into the inner ear - it's the BACK of my ears, from the top down to the earlobe.

Any thoughts? I be stumped, I am.
