sores on tounge and lips, sore throat...

Just recently, I bit my lip twice in the same spot... both times it was a pretty strong bite. A few days ago it became this HUGE white sore. After this started developing, I noticed two small white sores (that had a red swelling around them) on the bottom of my mouth (inside, bottom of my lip)... then another appeared on the top-inside of my lip... and yet another on the bottom. My tounge began to ache on the right side, and just yesterday morning, I noticed 3 sores there.

I've had a sore throat for about 4 days now (making it hard to swallow), as well as a sinus headache and slight dizzyness/light-headedness. It would also seem that there are sores deep within my mouth affecting my ears... occasionally giving them a sharp pain. I've also been getting chills...

Any suggestions?
