Hi i'm new to this and need some help with what's been going on for the past week. I'm really scared that it will end up being oral herpes, but i'm hoping it's nothing too serious. Okay so about 9 days ago, i kissed my boyfriend for the first time. That night when i got home i noticed a sore at the top of my gums, but didn't really think anything of it. So two days after another sore popped up but on the other side of my mouth and on the inside of my cheek. They didn't hurt. So two days ago i woke up with 3 more, one on my tonsils, one on my gums and one on my tongue. They are medium sized, and that day i got a high fever of 102.2. It hurts to chew food, swallow anything even liquids, and brush my teeth because my gums are sensitive. I've had flu-like symptoms up till now. I'm kind of worried because everything i search for the symptoms i have on google, turns out being either oral herpes or strep throat. I'm going to the docs tomorrow to see what's wrong. Any advice is highly appreciated.
