I can’t seem to get a diagnosis. I have a sore throat, swollen glands, cold symptoms, my tonsils are enlarged and sore as well. I have difficulty swallowing. It feels like I have a lump in my throat. I feel like I have a fever but I don’t. Headache, dry mouth, fatigued and body aches. I was tested for strep, negative. Given Zpak. Still ill. This is affecting everything. I've had the sore throat for about 3 weeks now. The cold, body aches, swollen tonsils and headache only started about a week ago so I don’t know if it’s unrelated or if it is more symptoms. I don’t know if it’s relevant but I quit smoking about a month ago. Initially I thought that's what this was, but it seems extreme to be a form of nicotine withdrawal. Especially since I have not had a cough or had any mucous coming up. I’m confused, scared it might be cancer or something that’s life threatening.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
