Sore throat for 3 years from singing - help

I was really forcing my range singing about 3 years ago and got to a point i couldn't talk for 6 weeks. The after that i could talk but it always hurt. Enormous vocal fatigue.

I have seen many ENT's, done an endoscope of the throat (no problems), taken painkillers, rested, no drinking or smoking etc. But the pain is still there (lower throat at top of sternum). I tried acupuncture with needles in the throat. It has helped about 30% but still not enough.

Some doctor said I had vocal dysphonia, so I tried speech therapy but nothing.

Nerve damage maybe? It just feels dry and hurts when I sing for a couple of minutes.

Any suggestions? I'm very desperate for a cure...
