Something fell in my ear

I was working under my truck yesterday and a small piece of debris fell straight into my right ear canal, like a swish shot in basketball, and it's still in there. It feels like when I get water in my head, but it's not swishing around, so I think it's something solid.

What should I do?

Will it evetually work its way out, or will it wash out?

Jump on one foot with my head tilted?

TIA for any reponses.
