Smelly Stools, Swollen Tongue

I have swelling and numbness on the right side of my mouth, mostly the hard palate and the tongue, but also the tonsillary arch ect.

The numness and pain seems to change location, and vary in intensity.

I have a couple swollen nodes, one in my groin, the other my armpit. The one in my groin is bruised and painful.

I have had painful, burning, bulky, sloppy and very smelly(more than usuall) stools

I started chewing and smoking four years. I started chewing heavily about three years ago. However, At the onset of my symptoms I had almost quit all nicotine for three months.

My symptoms have lasted about six months, they seemed to get better, then worse....

Has anyone experienced anything like this before????Thanks

I was thinking Malabsorption, or Oral Cancer possibly both, Ideas :)
