Skin inside mouth too soft.

in the past year I am having a problem with the inside of my mouth.

I use to be able to eat very solid food, such as peasant bread, crispy pizza etc...

Now it's very easy for food to cause cuts inside my mouth, and generally I feel uncomfortable eating harder food.

I don't have any particular condition, except that I have been diabetic for 8 years, I control my sugar quite well.

I don't have any infection nor any viral problem.

If there are cuts in my mouth they disappear in 1 or 2 days.

I'd like to know if there is a solution to this as I like some hard food too.

Thanks all !
