I became ill on 1/28, with a cold and shortness of breath. My doctor prescribed advair. On the Sunday, I went to a clinic and was diagnosed with a sinus infection and swollen tonsils though strep test was negative. Saw my GP and was again diagnosed with sinus infection and stomach virus. Felt dreadful all week, coughing alot, neck and gland pain, completely exhausted. Started to feel better but started with sinus pain again on 2/9, doctor increased antiboitic dosage. Continued to feel lousy and went back and was prescribed stronger antiboitic. Saw an ENT on 2/13, who prescribed a pain killer, stated there was no infection but complete congestion and gave me a cortisone shot, I'm going back on Friday for a neublizer treatment. I'm feeling somewhat better but I'm very tired but don't sleep well and continue to have the neck/gland pain. Is this part of the normal healing procress of having a virus or should I go back to the doctor? Thanks.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
