Ringing in ears with many other symptoms

I have been sick for 6 months now and no one can figure out what's wrong with me. It all started when I had a very sharp pain in my left ear. The next day the pain was gone but it started rining. A week later the same thing happened to my other ear. They have both been ringing nonstop since then. It's getting much louder now too. I have also been experiencing pretty severe headaches. They start off in the morning not being too bad, but by the end of the day they're unbearable. A little over two months ago my lymph nodes on my neck swelled up. I went to the doctors and tested positive for mono. I had no other symptoms of mono though so he said it should pass pretty fast. The swelling still hasn't gone down at all. Last week it got so bad that I was having trouble swollowing. At this point I tested positive for strep and I'm now taking antibiotics for that. The swelling still hasn't gone down at all and it actually hurts. I'll get these really sharp pains every once and a while on the side of my neck. I don't know if this has anything to do with anything, but about a month ago I also got a fungal infection on my stomach called tinea versicolor. I am only 19 years old, I eat healthy and go to the gym every day. I have hardly ever been sick in the past. These past six months have been miserable. My symptoms only seem to be getting worse, but every doctor is giving up on me. They keep thinking I'm getting sick from the mono and that I just need to wait for that to go away, but the ringing in my ears and severe headaches started way before the mono. Can anyone please tell me what's wrong with me?
