Hello, my name is Justin and for one year I have had a swelling on the RIGHT side of my larynx. When i swallow it clicks up against something and is very annoying. The right side is soarer and much more sensitive than the left. I also have ear pressure on the right side that seems to be related to how badly the neck is doing. I have been to three doctors, gotten numerous anti-biotics, nothing helps. Now my jaw and teeth on the right side of my body are starting to hurt, it feels like it's spreading, I have no idea what this could be.
The doctors said it was not cancer and gave me a scope down to my voice box and said it looked good. I have lived with this for a year and have just about had it. I never feel normal and it has surprisingly effected the quality of my life.
I have had some small white bumps on the toncils that come and go, a bit inflammed but nothing big. This problem developed after two events: I got some dental fillings, then I came down with a big infection that swelled my toncils, then I got the thing in the throat. I was also involved in a car accident a few months before this problem appeared.
As you can see the origin could be one of many things. I just want to know if anyone else has these symptoms. A large bump on the larynx that moves up when you swallow and clicks, ear, teeth pressure etc.
Also the muscles around the right side of the neck are much soarer, there also tends to be a strange sensation around the entire right side of the body as compared to the left. Ugh, it's aweful.
Not only do I need to know that I'm not alone, but I'd be SO THRILLED if anyone has gone through this and cured it or gotten help. I tried to be as specific as possible, thanks so much to anyone that can help.
