I am a 28yo Female. For the last few months, I have had pain when swallowing. If I were to describe it, it feels like I have a lump or food stuck in my throat. When I swallow, i can sort of feel/hear a slight "clicking" noise! It hurts on both sides but one odd thing, if I put my chin to my chest it relieves the pain almost entirely.
I do not have my tonsils nor do I have a fever.
I don't know if this is related, but I do have a dime sized lump on the left side of my neck three fingers above the collar bone when the pointer finger is at the collarbone.
What can this be???? Should I be worried? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!
