nose dripping water-like fluid

Hi, just wondering if anyone can help with the below issue. For the last year or so, I have noticed that when I bend over even slightly, a fluid like water (not mucus, probably..) is leaking from my left nostril only. It doesn't happen every time, but it has been happening more often. I don't have any other symptoms whatsoever, I don't have a cold or stuffed nose and no allergies that I know of. I should probably note that I had rhinitis in the past, and a deviated septum for which I undertook septum surgery about a year and a half ago. Not sure if this could be relevant, but I would really appreciate any insight on this, as it is very annoying, especially when I am working out. It always happens suddenly and I can't stop it from dripping (e.g. by sniffing). Any ideas?
Thanks!

  • Yeah my nose would drip like that to just random leaks its like you don't feel it coming on in the morning when Id left my head up it would run out just like clear water no smell no color it sounds like the same condition Ive dealt with for years cerebrosplinal leak if you didn't have it before your surgery maybe there was a small tear in your sac????Sometimes the sac just gets thin more common in woman than men
