A friend of mine presented 2 weeks ago with a sore throat. He went to the hospital and was initially diagnosed with Mono. He tested positive because he had it as a boy, but then they determined that the virus was inactive. His tonsils are very swollen with white spots, but strep and tonsillitis have also been ruled out. No fever, and has been on anti-biotics and steroids with no improvement. We live in a small town, and today a "specialist" mentioned the "C" word. Any ideas? :confused:Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
