My ear makes a whooshing noise

This has been happening for about a month now.

When I raise my eyebrows, or smile, there is a 'whooshing' sound that occurs inside of my right ear. It sounds exactly like when you have water in your ear after swimming and you have to shake your head to the side to drain it out. It could also be described as a rubbing noise as well.

I can push straight up on the earlobe, effectively moving my ear, and it makes the same noise.

I'm really at a loss here, please help.
