I was exposed to a heavy blast in chemical explosion fifteen days back i had done my audiometry test and the result indicates mild conductive hearing loss in left ear i also visited an ENT his oppinion was there is a mild perforation in the left ear he says it will be cleared by natural healing but no water entry to the ears and have told review after 6 weeks anyone or ENT doctors may give advice to me for getting it cleared and precautions for getting it cleared as soon as possible is smoking injourious until this perforation gets cleared thank you may give your valued advices
