starting about 2 weeks ago i started to have a lot of pain around my back teeth and last week the right side of my jaw has been cramped up like i ate something sour, its not really that painful but i don't want it to get worse either.

also i have a cavity in my second to last tooth that was filled but the cavity came back.

i have also noticed that my mouth is almost always slightly dryer than it used to be.
