These are the following symptoms. Just to let you know, I've had a long history of getting cavities and last year I've got a prescribed bottle of mouthwash to prevent or to lesson my gingivitis.
Here are my symptoms:
- I can see my tooth through my gums (gum thickness is very low and just recently noticed this)
- bleeding when brushing
- i can see plaque (slight yellow inbetween my teeth and on top of my molars)
- rotten breath
- gums have changed in appearence (bottom of my gums are forming these bumps and it is sort of transparent black
- i've felt increased heart rate and pressure (don't know if this is psychological)
- teeth are more sensitive
I will be calling my dentist but is there any hope? I do feel like i have gum disease and I don;t believe I can restore my gum thickness. Is there any hope?
Thanks for you input, it would be greatly appreciated.
P.S. I'm committed to stop smoking (been smoking on and off for a year)
