HELP ! Mouth is literally doing my head in.

its my 36 th birthday next month, I have suffered with mouth ulcers (cankers) since I was 9.
I have been to dentists and doctors over the years including a specialist at an orthodontic in a hospital, they have not been able to help me. I get between 3 and 20 ulcers a time and range between a small pin pricked to the size larger than a thumb nail. They stop me eating and on top of the major pain from these I get migranes after a few days of having them. They last for up to 8 weeks per batch, I may get a week or so with no ulcers but then get another batch.

I have changed my diet many times trying to see if its my food including stopping using foods with sodium benzoate. I have taken vitamin b complex b6 b12 and so on.

It's effecting my whole life I find it hard with my kids and take things out on my partner as I'm totally worn out. I can hardly speak

I have tried all usual stuff to cover them like anbasol. Bongela. Salt water each of these burn so bad due to the size and number that I'm in tears using them.

Any help would be appreciated as this cannot continue like this any longer.I'm worried something serious is underlying and its being missed
