Have had strange ear symptoms for quite awhile

These symptoms have been going on for quite awhile, at least a year. It's really gotten annoying. I don't have health insurance right now so am not sure what to do. Hoping someone here can help. Here are a list of my symptoms.

1. Vertigo
2. Headaches on left side of my head that extend from my temple down to the base of my neck
3. Fullness in my left ear
4. Sometimes if I turn my head to the left and speak, I get a sharp pain in my throat and my voice cuts off
5. Pain or pressure behind my left eye, sometimes it extends up to the middle of my forehead, or also to my back teeth on the left side
6. Popping/crackling in my head at times, like a sticking sensation or plugging/unplugging.

A lot of this sounds like a sinus infection or something. But I haven't had a cold in three years. And I am not congested at all. I am pretty sure I have a deviated septum and I snore.

Any ideas? Could a chronic sinus infection cause this? Without nasal congestion?

This started with mild dizziness/balance problems initially and I did many things to try to fix it from getting new glasses to medication for my anxiety, but it hasn't done anything. I also think the headaches are worse on rainy days, but better on clear/sunny days.
