I looked up online some symptoms and am worried about esophagial cancer. First off, Id like to say that I have been using smokeless tobacco for about a year now and am 19 years old. The first symptoms have been slight difficulty swallowing, mucus (hoarseness - eventually when I spit up mucus it goes away) and some fasiculations under the chin. The other symptom was soreness behind my right breast that has gone away (the doc said it was probably carteladge inflammation) and I even had to goto the ER one night cause it was down my arm and was dependent upon me moving. The mucus was treated with allergy meds (i have an allergy history too) I am worried about esophagial cancer but I would like to state that I do have a history of hypochondria. Please help me out if you can. Thank you.
