Ear pressure

So for the last 3 days I have had pressure in both of my ears. It hasn't been consistently noticeable as right now they feel fine, but every time I swallow there is an ear popping sound. Sometimes there is a lot more pressure in one ear than the other. The first day I also noticed the pressure in the temples as well. There hasn't be any ear trauma, so... it must be an infection? I have also had mild frontal head pain that usually last a short amount of time, no longer than 5 seconds, but this only happened about 4-5 times in the last 3 days.

I also have a cavity on one of my upper back teeth, it isn't painful unless I eat something sweet, could this potentially be the cause?

EDIT: I've only been a bit dizzy, but that could just be from stressing out over this...

I'm a little worried, especially that it might be from the cavity... any help or advice is appreciated.
