this is the second time I have experienced ear bleeding without any known reason for onset. The first incident occured 3-6 months ago and there was no trauma to the ear. The bleeding comes from the outer portion of the ear just above the external auditory meatus and not the inner ear. The affected area is small and blood red where the blood comes out of, and it feels mildly sore like a pustule.
