Dry Sinuses/Throat

Its nothing too awfully serious but I recently had a pretty bad sinus infection but, after a few days, was able to get through it.
Since the infection I seem to have a dryness just below my sinuses and pretty deep down into my throat. No matter how much water I drink or gargle with salt-water it just does not go away. At times I can barely swallow because its so dry. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
