young female medical history: frequent utis,bedwetting,swelling of brain on ekg,delusional ,high protein from lp,spent 10days in hospital with all these conditions. original thought was patient had viral menagitis but tests results came back negative. patient extremly withdrawn,neurologist recommended patient follows up with a psychiatrist as an outpatient. is this necessary/any other diagnoses?
