Chronic block nosed

For most of my life I've always remember myself breathing through my mouth because my nose is always blocked. It always seems like one side is completely blocked while the other is partially blocked. Whenever I try to blow my nose, some snot comes out but then (mainly on the side that's completely blocked) I feel something in there that just won't budge.

A lot of doctors told me it was due to allergies, and they have given me stuff to use but the only thing to have ever worked are decongestant sprays, which I spent a lot of time on because they worked so well but I stopped using them because I was told they could be doing more harm.

  • sounds like my deviated septum.I thought deviated septums were from getting a broken nose? I've never had my nose broken ever. I've had my nose hit a lot though.
