Burning sensation in upper throat/nose

I feel like theres something lodged between my throat and nose. (if i run my finger on the roof of my mouth and keep going right before i hit the uvula, thats where i feel it) Every time i swallow, it creates a burning sensation in that area. Ive tried blowing out my nose and inhailing really hard to try to get whatever is there out, but it doesnt help.

The only think i remember that might have caused it was when i was eating this spicy burrito a couple days ago. I tried washing it down with some cola, but it was too carbonated? Im not sure if thats the right way to describe it... but i almost cough out everything out so now im thinking some food went up into my nasal area.

Does anyone know whats wrong?
