I have a burning sensation on my right lower jaw. I have had dental work (root canal) done that went bad which resulted in extractions of three teeth about two years ago. Since then I have had problems with the gum area and the right side of my tongue. The sensation is the same as a very bad sore thoat. I have seen a dentist as well as an m.d. and nobody knows what it could be. Taking pain medication has no effect and my gums hurt there at least 5 days out of the week. Can anyone help me? I also have severe dry eyes that I'm sure is somehow related - my eyes and burning gums usually flare up together.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
