Bad breath.

Hello everyone,
i'm having bad breath from as long as i can remember. So it would be 9 years old, i think i had it before that too. I'm 18 now.
I don't think it's from my tooth, because when i do the... Ummm, caw? thing (sorry, main language is not english, just translated it) and i take the air out of me, breath it out i can feel my breath.

And from the time (16 years old probally), when my friend invited me into his birthday party (i'm not smoking, never did, nor a signle cigaret, not drinking either), i don't now why i was here, but anyways, i was in a room full of smokes, where everyone was smoking non-stop (1-2 people at a time) with almost no ventilation for 1-2 hours. Probally around 1-1.5 hour... So, from that time i got phlegm (like snot, but not from nose, a little like snot, translated again... Both words) sometimes... Like a few times in the day. So i got to krank them out. Not always... Not everyday, but if i do it's 1-5 times a day. And when i'm sick, having colt or something, i have to do that more often. What is that? Is that very bad? Is that related?
