After a blow to the face I have sharp pain in the opposite jaw joint and my ear. Can you help?

I was struck in the face last Tuesday (One week ago) and since have had severe/sharp pain in the jaw joint on the opposite side from where the blow was received. Also there is pain in my ear on the same side as the joint pain. It hurts to open my mouth or chew or move it side to side at all.
