I was exposed to gunfire about a month and a half ago without hearing protection, at first i had some ringing in atleast one ear (cant tell if its in one or just my head). For the past week Ive had varying severity of ear fullness that comes and goes, i also can feel a little drainage coming out of one ear. Does this sound like symptoms of a ruptured ear drum or worse, meneire's disease/ endolymphatic hydrops? I experience no vertigo or naseau.
Thanks,
Going to the doctor in the next couple of weeks i hope.

My ears feel full like my head is underwater and it feels like something is dripping in my ears. They also pop when I swallow or move my jaw. The ENT I saw calls it Eustachian Tube Dysfunction and the exposure to noise is just a coincidence. I don't buy it, but I cannnot get him to connect the dots. Hope he is right. How did your case turn out? Hope you are feeling better.
