I'm Nearly Deaf in one Ear, I'm terrified. HELP!

This all started about 3-4 months ago. If I am laying down in a bed I can hear clearly with my Right Ear. If I stand up/Sit up or walking around I lose nearly ALL my hearing in my Right Ear.

My Regular Doctor has looked in my ear and claims he sees nothing abnormal but how could that be true?

Basically if I lay down in a Bed I can hear 100% in my right ear, BUT getting out of bed makes me nearly deaf in my right ear.

Also, it doesn't matter has fast/slow I stand-up.

What COULD be wrong with my ear?
What can I do about it?
