I went to Ent like few times and well my problem didn't go away. Ent says that clinically my ears, ear drums look fine. I had audio test, which shows no problems, I got ct sinus scan that came back good too.

My symptoms are I get like a cracking sound when I swallow. It is more persistent in one ear.

I got nasal spray, some antibiotics and solution.

Ent is telling me that it is Eustachian Tube Dysfunction and may need ear tubes. Anyways he said if I would get them I might have some hearing loss and it might be very annoying to me since I have perfect hearing right now. Anyone has any experience with something like that.
