If only Id known this 30 yrs ago, before I had 4 children, who were plagued with constant ear infections, every 3 wks, from birth.
Even through my breast milk. Once I took myself off dairy products, (milk, cheese yoghurt, chocolate, icecream) they stopped overnight getting "ear infections." Weaned them onto goats milk, with no problems. After visits to nana, back to doc with sore ear, croup, chest infections, etc.

  • I've been told the same thing from a friend: an allergy to a protein in milk can cause chronic ear problems. I do love my milk- it's got protein, fat and lots of calories. Everything I need and since I have some pretty bad jaw problems, I tend to drink a lot of it.
