This is my first post on here, however, I have made it a point to spend hours upon hours reading into other post here and elsewhere.

Today is July 11th, 2010. The pressure and cloggedness all came about in December, 2009. I was in the midst of one of those mucous filled colds. I remember blowing my nose, probably in a violent fashion, and my left ear popped, followed by my right ear. They both feel as if there is mucous on the inside of the eardrum (Eustachian Tubes) or my deep inner sinus'. I have tried
Sudafed, Mucinex, Ear Candles, 2 Health Department Doctors, 1 ENT(whom saw me for free through the health department, however I didnt feel he was that great), 4 acupuncture sessions, tried the deep sinus cleaning with the neti pot+nasal spray and couldn't get through it, felt like I was drowning. I have tried 1 Antibiotic (cant remember which one), I'm allergic to Amoxicillin, Ive tried Nasonex, Afrin Nasal Spray, and 2 types of ear drops.
Basically, I feel quite educated in the common remedies, however none of them work.

My left ear is way worse right now, has the underwater feeling and I feel it is due to the last ear candeling session. I have done 4 in my right ear in 2 months, and 6 in my left. I found out afterwards that was probably way overkill, but the nice lady at the health store, whom I had communicated with a few times didn't point that out. My second session of ear candeling seemed to give my left ear the underwater feeling, before it was almost equal pressure in both, no underwater feeling. Another terrible mistake I've made has been q-tips. The ear candelling left alot of wax in my canal and I tried getting it out, pushed the q-tip quite deep and feel this tissue paper feeling stuff stuck in there.

I have had bad mucous problems for quite some time now. Alot of phlegm, and always having to clear my throat.
I inhale the marijuana smoke daily, and smoke cigarettes, both of which I know probably don't help whatsoever.

I've questioned if its an allergy, possibly due to wheat, gluten, dairy, etc.
Curious if its linked to my stomach problem which I think is GERD. I have not seen a doctor for this. I do deal with a lot of stress, and possibly some anxiety(havn't been diagnosed). But I've worked in the restaurant business for quite some time now, which causes the stress, and makes it hard to maintain a regular eating schedule.

I have an Appt. w/ an ENT Tuesday.
Any help would be appreciated. I'm done using ear candles, q-tips, or putting anything in my ear until I see the ENT.

Not only is this stressful, uncomfortable, and not showing any signs of getting better. Its literally stealing my creative eye for photography, because I can't focus like I used to, its 24/7 stress. I don't have health insurance, I am living on my own, paying student loans and credit cards at 22 years old. All while trying to save up enough money to move to NYC for my career. Seeing as how ENT are not cheap, I feel trapped. Trapped financially and physically.

Since I ramble quite a bit, just to sum it up, both ears won't pop and my left ear feels like it has some sort of wax/fluid build up causing this mucousy popping sensation whenever I open my jaw/yawn,swallow.
