1st, having had 4 kids with constant ear infections from birth, I finally found out it is caused by "cows milk", eg: milk, cheese, yogurt, chocolate, icecream. As soon as they were on soya or goats milk, all ear infections, and croup, tonsilitis, chest infections disappeared.

2nd. Recently I got severe sore ears dizzy spells (after skydiving). Doc couldnt see anything wrong, so I suffered for 3 mths, till I mentioned this to a chinese massage therapist, who immediately said it ment my kidneys were under stress. So back to doc, who did a kidney test, and sure enough, doc said my kidneys were "really bad". No help, diet suggestions, etc were offered, so off to a Naturopath, who gave me herbs + supplements, and I had immediate relief from the pain + dizziness. She also threw in some herbs for my 40+ hot flushes a day (Im 53) and that disappeared overnight too.
