5 year old suddenly started adding sounds to end of words, such as doga, yesa, lettera

My almost 5 year old son has just recently started adding the sound "a" at the end of words. He always spoke very well, perfect. Just recently he started this. Example...doga, yesa, lettersa, numbersa...etc
Is this just a faze or should I be worried...
