What condition causes sinus headaches from creamy foods?

I get sinus headaches when I eat creamy foods, e.g...oatmeal, grits, sour cream, ice cream, beans, guacamole and the like. I seem to think I have a enzyme deficiency of some kind that cannot breakdown these creamy foods. Any ideas please?
