Upper Abdominal Pain

I've been having abdominal pain for at least 6 months now. It first started with severe pain in the center and my doctor thought I had a stomache ulcer and sent me to a gastroenterologist to have a endoscopy. Results only showed little inflamation and they checked for a bacteria which was negative.

The pain just kept getting worse and my doctor started telling me it was from stress. I did have a upper ultrasound and some blood work but never was able to get those results because I lost my health insurance as I was on my parents policy before they were switched to a different one. I am a bit concerned because the ultrasound took longer than usual and was focused mostly to my right side.

I still have this pain which seems to come and go at random. But I do notice it is more severe after eating. I'm also always nauseous, my skin is extremely itchy, constpation, sometimes an unexplainable pain under my right shoulder blade, and excessive gas. As of right now I've been having intense pain on my left side.

I'm just looking to see if anyone may have had or has similar symptoms as me. I have no health insurance so I can just go to a doctor. I've been wondering when is it severe enough to warrant going to the ER. Any comments would be appreciated.
