I'm an 18 year old male and tend to eat a fairly healthy diet. I usually start my day off with a plate of scrambled eggs and a banana; and have a light lunch (usually and sandwich and some salad); and usually a dinner consisting of a good balance of protein-rich foods (beef, beans, fish, chicken, etc) and vegetables. However, for the past few months I have had extremely irregular bowel movements. One day the coloration of my stools may be completely normal, and the solidity normal as well. Other days It may be a light-ish yellow color, and be very soft to liquid (also note that this is almost always accompanied by a very uncomfortable burning sensation in my lower abdomen). I'm usually not particularly gassy either way; maybe a little more so on days with more irregular bowel movements. I only weigh about 125 lbs (pretty light for a 5'7 male), so you can see why I'm concerned about the change in consistency.
