My 7 y old niece just started complaining about stomach aches. She says they are usually after she eats, but we see she may take a couple of bites of something and complain immediately. She also says if she doesn't think about it or is having "fun" that he stomach is fine. She was just at a bithday party and the ice cream and cake had no affect on her stomach. She came home, ate a couple of bites of an apple, which she eats pretty regularly, and said her stomach hurt. In discussion with her mom, we talked about fluid intake and output and believe she may not be drinking enough fluids on a daily basis. Does anyone know if mild dehydration could cause mild stomach aches. She is in general very good health.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
